In the sniper category, the Kraber is king. Unless you have a fully-stocked Devotion under one arm, and a role-player gun in the other, the R-99 is basically a must-pick. If you manage your bullets well, and don’t “spray and pray” every fight, you should be able to get it to the final fight without a problem.
